4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or failure to provide access to the property may result in full service charges.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing is based on the size and condition of the space and the requested services.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept Venmo, cash, checks.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any issues at no additional charge, where applicable.

7. Liability & Damages

  • We take great care in providing high-quality service. However, we are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Items not properly secured or that are inherently fragile
  • Any claims of loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
